Bio:
As Workplace Design Studio Director, Steve Sendelbeck is responsible for business development, client relationships and project management in the private sector office marketplace throughout North America. His clients include Fidelity Investments, Toyota, E.W. Scripps, Scripps Networks, Ohio National Financial Services, Alcan, Procter & Gamble, Citi, Great American Insurance and other Fortune 1000 companies.
A past President of AIA Cincinnati, Steve is a nationally-recognized workplace expert who has presented workplace strategies at CoreNet Global summits and IFMA conferences. A former faculty member of CoreNet Global Learning, he has also co-presented a 2-day course in workplace strategies in CoreNet's Executive Development Program to participants from major corporations such as Boeing, Capital One Clear Channel, Equifax, Nokia, Sun, USAA, Wachovia, Washington Mutual, Worldspan and many others. Steve is currently President of the CoreNet Global Ohio/Kentucky Chapter. |

Bio:
As KZF's Director of Interior Design Services, Michael Kelley is responsible for project management of many of the studio's projects, contract preparation, general design development, quality control, document review and staff scheduling.
Michael's special expertise is in designing corporate office headquarters, providing furniture specifications, programming and budget administration. As a project manager, he is excellent at keeping the client informed about a project's details. Michael has worked on interiors for building types including auditoriums/theaters, dormitories, cemetery mausoleums, churches, commercial/retail facilities, dining halls/restaurants, educational facilities, field houses/gyms, hotels, housing, museums/galleries, medical facilities, office/administration buildings and daycare facilities. |
