When Great American Insurance decided to consolidate its operations from multiple locations into a new headquarters, they turned to KZF Design. KZF incorporated employee input into planning and office design, identified areas of concern and developed solutions to help bridge the cultures of three separate organizational entities. The result was an open office plan with new workplace standards, fewer private offices and flexible, more productive meeting spaces.
