Project description:
InCharge Institute of America is committed to providing long-term debt solutions through customized counseling and education programs. Ann Quist, KZF Design LLC’s Vice President, designed InCharge Institute’s corporate offices and two initial call centers. Subsequently, she also designed a 32,000 square foot customer care center facility, built in 2000, which incorporates multi-media effects and over four hundred miles of Cat 5 cable.

InCharge’s success necessitated a move of the corporate offices into a larger facility by year 2004. To meet their need, KZF designed new 41,000 square foot, state-of-the-art executive, administrative, and support offices at the Windsor Building in the MetroWest area of Orlando.

Large floor plates called for a complex interior scheme to make the offices lively and engaging. Eliminating the orientation problems typically associated with such large spaces was another goal accomplished by creative use of color and design features.

The reception area has a multi-culturally influenced look incorporating contemporary and transitional elements, rich colors, soft lighting details, and a waterfall. The main break room has a bistro atmosphere and is an employee favorite.

Staff and visitors alike comment on the beauty of this warm, inviting, professional space. This “high-end" look was achieved at slightly above building standard cost.
