Project description:

Phase III The Corps of Engineers requested KZF Design to provide architectural and engineering design services for Phase III of a ten-building master plan development for a new Acquisition Management Complex to house the Aeronautical Systems Center. For this phase, KZF provided services necessary to produce a Design/Build RFP for a new 150,000 square foot administration center including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). In addition, KZF provided the Corps with preparation of RFP documentation, concept design drawings, concept design analysis, and complete site development design.

Phase IV For this phase, KZF developed the project definition and prepared the Design/Build RFP for a new 210,000 square foot administration center including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). In addition, KZF provided the Corps with preparation of DD1391, concept design drawings, concept construction cost estimates, building program and space analysis, preliminary design analysis, and development of a two-phase construction program.
