Scope:
KZF Design created over 270,000 square feet of upscale, open-air shopping and dining on the former site of Crestview Hills Mall.

Project description:
KZF Design provided architectural, structural and MEP services for the construction of the Crestview Hills Town Center, as well as demolition documents for an existing mall building on the site. This new lifestyle center contains a mix of retail, restaurant and business tenant spaces in nine buildings, anchored by Dillard’s department store. Several other national and local retailers occupy a total of 270,000 square feet of space.
