Project Description
Initially, KZF Design provided structural engineering services as part of a design-build team for the three-story, 40,000 square foot office building known as the "Chamber Center." The structure uses light gauge cold formed steel stud bearing walls, wood trussed roof, structural steel and steel joist framing system.
In the next phase of the Chamber Office Park, our firm designed a complementary office building through our comprehensive architectural and structural engineering services. The new three-story building has 7500 square feet of office space on each floor.
New two-story office buildings offer flexible space for smaller tenants in this Northern Kentucky development. A creative split-level design allows at grade entry for both levels. KZF Design was responsible for the architectural and structural engineering design for these 9,000 square foot buildings. Ten of the twelve master-planned structures have been constructed on the site to date.
Our firm also provided architectural services, as part of another design-build team, for a 7,500 square foot tenant fit up of the Victory Community Bank space.
