Cincinnati, OH

Senior Project Manager (1)
Senior Project Manager - Cincinnati office. This position will report to Doug Marsh, Director of the Government & Justice Group. The following skills and attributes are desired:
o Possess a demonstrated ability to work with people in a collaborative team environment.
o Lead and motivate a project team toward the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects from start to finish.
o Hold or have substantially worked toward a degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
o Demonstrate the ability to document and clearly communicate workable solutions to complex problems.
o Assist our clients toward the successful completion of the design, scope, schedule and budget of their projects.
o Possess a strong knowledge of the design and/or construction business.
o Have the ability to market and sell projects

Senior Architectural Designer (1)
Candidate must have at least 10 years experience in the building design industry and have a Bachelor's degree in architecture (Professional degree preferred); Possess strong design ability with experience supervising architects, designers, and technical personnel; Skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and have advanced knowledge of Microstation and/or AutoCAD software and a variety of 3D software; Comfortable with large scale projects to include a broad range of project types; Capable and competent in all areas of building design; Ability to mentor and provide guidance and be a professional educator to project staff; Comfortable in making group presentations; and pro-active and assertive in problem solving. Responsibilities include Architectural Design & Management; Marketing & Public Relations Support; Professional Development; Works with the Design Director and/or Senior Architect to establish design parameters; Develop architectural program for projects; Directs, coordinates, and works with other professional staff as required in the preparation of design for assigned projects; Technical accuracy, constructability, code conformance, and appropriate level of detail for project designs; Conceptual planning and design to define the requirements of assigned projects consistent with the project scope.

Director of Electrical Engineering Services
Candidate must have a minimum of 20 years experience as a licensed Electrical Engineer working in an Architecture/Engineering environment. Must have current NCEE certification with the ability to be licensed in multiple states; Experience leading engineers, designers, and technical personnel is required. Must be able to demonstrate broad A/E experience in a variety of project types and sizes. Experience working in Microstation and/or AutoCAD required, with BIM and 3D modeling experience a plus. Sales and marketing experience desirable. Responsibilities include providing daily leadership and management of the electrical engineering staff and managing design and production of construction documents on projects ranging from $1M to $100M dollars in total construction cost. Duties include assisting Division Directors in managing project assignments for electrical engineering staff, electrical design, quality control, technical overview and sealing of construction documents, marketing & public relations support, professional development, and mentoring/training of electrical department staff.

Senior Architect/Project Manager
Candidate must have at least 10 years experience as a licensed Architect. Must be experienced with leading a multi-discipline team on projects of 10-20 million dollars; Have broad project experience in a variety of project types; Military project experience highly desirable. Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Microstation and/or AutoCAD software. Responsibilities include Architectural Design & Management; Construction Administration; Marketing & Public Relations Support; Professional Development; providing conceptual design through construction documents, design submittals, spec preparation, code conformance analysis, construction administration, charette attendance at client locations, and producing proposals and presentations.

Orlando, FL

Senior Project Architect
Candidate must have at least 10 years experience as a licensed Florida Architect. Must be experienced with leading a multi-discipline team on projects of 10-20 million dollars; Have broad project experience in a variety of project types; Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Microstation and/or AutoCAD software. Responsibilities include Architectural Design & Management; Construction Administration; Marketing & Public Relations Support; Professional Development; providing conceptual design through construction documents, design submittals, spec preparation, code conformance analysis, construction administration, charette attendance at client locations, and producing proposals and presentations

Atlanta, GA

Senior Project Architect
Candidate must have at least 10 years experience as a licensed Architect holding a current license in Georgia (or capable of getting licensed there), -additional registrations in Southern States desirable. Candidate must possess experience with Dept. of Defense projects, especially with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Must be experienced with leading a multi-discipline team on projects of 10-20 million dollars and have broad project experience in a variety of project types. Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of Mircrostation and/or AutoCAD software. Responsibilities include providing conceptual design through construction documents, design submittals, spec preparation, code conformance analysis, construction administration, charette attendance at client locations, and producing proposals and presentations.
